Empathika was born out of real-life experience, deep care, and a genuine need to solve the growing challenges faced by care providers. It started in the dining room of a family home not a boardroom where Neemat were running five care homes with nothing more than spreadsheets, paper files, and hard work. Over time, they saw how regulatory pressure, communication gaps, and outdated systems were turning compassionate care into a documentation race.
The vision was simple but powerful: create a system that’s actually built for care not just compliance. They imagined something that was easy to use for everyone, especially the carers on the ground. Something that could handle everything from rotas and records to shift changes and audits, while bringing teams together under one intuitive platform.
Driven by real struggles including the hiring of a rogue manager, near losses of entire homes, and the emotional toll of missing care standards despite best intentions they knew the sector desperately needed a better way.
